GridPulse Infrastructure

Casinos

Casino phone charging stations and digital media kiosks for gaming, dining and hotel floors.

Guests move between gaming, restaurants, entertainment and hotel areas across a long visit, and a dead phone sends them back to the room. GridPulse keeps them connected across the property with charged portable Power Packs and venue-governed screens.

A connected-guest amenity that spans the whole resort footprint, operated as managed infrastructure under the property's own content and compliance rules.

What the platform delivers

Guest experience

Guests stay connected across gaming, dining, entertainment and hotel areas without hunting for an outlet or returning to the room.

Managed deployment

Placement planning, installation coordination, monitoring and service handled by GridPulse across a large, mixed-use footprint.

Media opportunity

Property-controlled screens for entertainment, dining and event messaging, plus partner campaigns where the property approves them.

Measurable operations

Zone-level utilization and fleet health reported through PulseOS™ to guide placement across floors.

Operational reality

Why casinos deploy GridPulse

01

A guest whose phone dies leaves the floor. Boarding passes, rideshare, photos and messaging all live on that device.

Hubs placed across gaming and adjacent areas let a guest pick up power without leaving the experience.

02

The property spans gaming, restaurants, theatres, retail and hotel towers, each with different traffic patterns.

A mixed Hub One™ and Mini Hub™ deployment matches unit type to each space, reported centrally in PulseOS™.

03

Guest-facing technology has to respect gaming regulation and the property's compliance posture.

Screen content is governed by the property, and reporting is aggregated rather than personally identifying.

04

Loyalty programs sit in systems that new amenities rarely reach.

PulsePass™ is designed to support future loyalty and offer integration. Any connection to a property loyalty system is a planned capability subject to integration and venue approval.

How it works

Borrow a charged Power Pack. Keep moving. Return it at a Hub.

Across a resort footprint a guest can borrow near the gaming floor and return at a participating Hub near a restaurant, theatre or hotel lobby.

  1. Step 1

    Tap or scan

A guest taps the contactless reader or scans the QR code on the GridPulse Hub™ display. No app download is required to start.

  2. Step 2

    Borrow a charged Power Pack

A charged portable Power Pack releases from the bay. Integrated cables cover the common phone connectors, so nothing else is needed.

  3. Step 3

    Charge while moving

The guest keeps moving through the venue while the device charges — no seat next to an outlet, no waiting at a wall.

  4. Step 4

    Return at a participating Hub

The pack is returned to any open bay at a participating GridPulse Hub™ on the property and the session closes automatically. Returns across separate properties depend on the Hubs deployed in the GridPulse Network™.

Product fit

Hub One™ and Mini Hub™, matched to the space.

Hub One™ on the main floors

Full-height Hub One™ units anchor gaming floors, main circulation, entertainment entrances and hotel lobbies where visibility matters in low ambient light.

Mini Hub™ at bars and lounges

Mini Hub™ fits bar tops, lounge counters, high-limit rooms and restaurant hosts' stations, extending the same platform into spaces where a tower would be intrusive.

Questions

Casinos frequently asked questions

How much floor space does a casino deployment need?

Hub One™ takes a compact freestanding footprint and Mini Hub™ sits on a counter. Placement and unit mix are agreed during the site review with operations and compliance.

What does it cost the property?

GridPulse can structure managed pilots with no venue capital purchase, subject to site review and commercial agreement. Commercial terms are property-specific.

Where do guests return the Power Pack?

At any open bay on a participating GridPulse Hub™ on the property. Cross-property returns depend on the Hubs deployed in the GridPulse Network™.

Who operates and services the units?

GridPulse monitors the fleet remotely through PulseOS™ and handles service, so property staff are not managing batteries or screen content.

Can this connect to our loyalty program?

PulsePass™ is designed to support loyalty and offer integration in future. Any connection to a property loyalty system is a planned capability subject to integration work and venue approval.
