01
The front desk absorbs charger requests. Cables are lent out, rarely returned, and never match every guest device.
A self-service Hub in the lobby moves the request off the desk entirely, with integrated cables covering common connectors.
Hotels & Resorts
Guests arrive with drained devices and ask the front desk for a charger. GridPulse replaces that borrowed-cable routine with a managed amenity: a charged portable Power Pack the guest takes with them through the lobby, the bar, the spa or a full day of meetings.
A hospitality amenity that looks like it belongs in a luxury lobby, operated as infrastructure rather than as another device your team has to maintain.

Guest experience
A premium, self-service amenity guests can use in seconds, in the lobby or wherever they happen to be on property.
Managed deployment
GridPulse handles placement planning, installation coordination, monitoring and service, so property teams are not absorbing another maintenance line.
Revenue and media
Rental activity plus an on-property screen your marketing team can use for F&B, spa and event messaging, subject to the final commercial model.
Measurable operations
Utilization, inventory and fleet health reported through PulseOS™, so the amenity is reviewed on evidence rather than anecdote.
Operational reality
01
A self-service Hub in the lobby moves the request off the desk entirely, with integrated cables covering common connectors.
02
A single matte-black Hub with a subtle Beacon™ halo consolidates charging into one intentional piece of furniture.
03
Mini Hub™ units can be positioned on event floors and registration tables for the duration of a program, then returned to their usual placement.
04
Hub displays can carry property-controlled content — restaurant hours, spa offers, event schedules — scheduled centrally through PulseOS™.
How it works
For hotels this usually means a guest borrows in the lobby and returns before checkout, or moves between a lobby Hub One™ and a Mini Hub™ in the bar.
Step 1
A guest taps the contactless reader or scans the QR code on the GridPulse Hub™ display. No app download is required to start.
Step 2
A charged portable Power Pack releases from the bay. Integrated cables cover the common phone connectors, so nothing else is needed.
Step 3
The guest keeps moving through the venue while the device charges — no seat next to an outlet, no waiting at a wall.
Step 4
The pack is returned to any open bay at a participating GridPulse Hub™ on the property and the session closes automatically. Returns across separate properties depend on the Hubs deployed in the GridPulse Network™.
Product fit
The full-height Hub One™ suits arrival areas, lobby lounges, conference pre-function space and resort concourses, where it doubles as a visible amenity marker and a large-format display surface.
The compact Mini Hub™ sits on a countertop — bars, lobby lounges, coffee shops, concierge and front desk, club floors and smaller properties — and delivers the same platform in a footprint that fits an existing counter.
Revenue and media
Every opportunity below is subject to the final commercial model and the venue’s own content and advertising policies.
Power Pack rentals
Recurring rental activity from guests, meeting attendees and visitors using the property's public areas.
Property and partner media
Hub screens can run property-controlled promotion and, where the property approves it, sponsor or partner campaigns.
On-property offers
F&B, spa, retail and event offers can be surfaced at the moment a guest is standing in the lobby with time to spare.
PulseOS™ and analytics
Which Hubs are used, when, and how long packs stay out — useful for deciding whether the bar or the lobby needs another unit.
Available packs, charge state and unit status, monitored remotely so a depleted or offline Hub is visible before a guest finds it.

Deployment and operations
Site review and placement
A walkthrough of lobby, F&B and event areas to agree placements that respect sightlines, circulation and brand standards.
Power and network
Standard building power and network connectivity assumptions, confirmed against the property's engineering requirements before installation.
Monitoring and service
Remote fleet monitoring through PulseOS™ with a defined service and support process for the deployed units.
Security and governance
Secure pack returns, accessible placement, and content governance so nothing appears on a Hub screen without property approval. Hardware certification and insurance are confirmed as part of final deployment terms.
GridPulse can structure managed pilots with no venue capital purchase, subject to site review and commercial agreement.
