GridPulse Infrastructure

Stadiums & Arenas

Stadium phone charging stations and power bank kiosks for event-day concourses.

An event day compresses a venue's entire charging demand into four hours. Mobile tickets, payments, photos and the ride home all depend on a phone that started dying at halftime. GridPulse puts charged portable Power Packs on the concourse where fans already are.

Infrastructure sized to peak event demand rather than to an average day, with sponsor-ready screen inventory attached to it.

GridPulse Hub™ on a stadium concourse with fans moving between sections

What the platform delivers

Fan experience

Fans keep mobile tickets, payments, photos and post-event transport working through the final whistle.

Managed deployment

Placement planning, installation coordination and event-day monitoring handled by GridPulse rather than by venue operations.

Sponsor inventory

Concourse screens and Hub placements create additional inventory your partnerships team can package, subject to venue rights and approvals.

Measurable operations

Event-window utilization and fleet status reported through PulseOS™, so concourse placement decisions are made on data.

Operational reality

Why stadiums & arenas deploy GridPulse

01

Demand arrives as a spike. Doors open, and thousands of devices need power inside the same short window.

Hub capacity is planned against event capacity, and PulseOS™ shows where packs are running out while the event is still running.

02

A dead phone at the exit turns into a stranded fan — no ticket, no rideshare, no way to reach their group.

Concourse Hubs let fans pick up power on the way in and keep the device alive through egress.

03

Sponsorship inventory inside the bowl is finite and largely spoken for.

Hub displays add concourse-level digital surfaces the venue controls, available for partner campaigns where rights allow.

04

Fleet balancing across levels and gates is guesswork without visibility.

Utilization by Hub and by hour lets operations rebalance packs between concourses ahead of the next event.

How it works

Borrow a charged Power Pack. Keep moving. Return it at a Hub.

On event days fans typically borrow on the way in at a gate or concourse Hub and return before or during egress at any participating Hub in the venue.

  1. Step 1

    Tap or scan

A guest taps the contactless reader or scans the QR code on the GridPulse Hub™ display. No app download is required to start.

  2. Step 2

    Borrow a charged Power Pack

A charged portable Power Pack releases from the bay. Integrated cables cover the common phone connectors, so nothing else is needed.

  3. Step 3

    Charge while moving

The guest keeps moving through the venue while the device charges — no seat next to an outlet, no waiting at a wall.

  4. Step 4

    Return at a participating Hub

The pack is returned to any open bay at a participating GridPulse Hub™ on the property and the session closes automatically. Returns across separate properties depend on the Hubs deployed in the GridPulse Network™.

Product fit

Hub One™ and Mini Hub™, matched to the space.

Hub One™ across the concourse

Large public venues lead with Hub One™: full-height units at gates, main concourses, club levels and premium areas, where the display is visible across a crowded corridor.

Mini Hub™ in clubs and suites

Where a full-height unit does not fit the room — suite lounges, club bars, hospitality spaces — Mini Hub™ provides the same platform on a counter.

PulseOS™ and analytics

Event-day operations

Remote fleet monitoring through PulseOS™ with a defined service process around the event calendar.

Questions

Stadiums & Arenas frequently asked questions

How much concourse space does a deployment take?

Each Hub One™ needs a compact freestanding footprint clear of egress routes. Unit count and positions are set during the site review against event capacity and concourse flow.

What does it cost the venue?

GridPulse can structure managed pilots with no venue capital purchase, subject to site review and commercial agreement. Commercial terms are specific to each venue.

Where do fans return the Power Pack?

At any open bay on a participating GridPulse Hub™ in the venue, including on the way out. Returns beyond the venue depend on the Hubs deployed in the GridPulse Network™.

Who services the units on event days?

GridPulse monitors the fleet remotely through PulseOS™ and provides service and support. Venue staff are not asked to manage batteries or screen content.

Can sponsors appear on the screens?

Where the venue approves it and rights allow. Content is governed by the venue, and campaign reporting is aggregated rather than personally identifying.
